D - porting

Though there is other SDL ports for D: Derelict , I like small packages, not big one package.

SDL_sound(not checked).

glut(not completed for win32). glut sample(from SDL's tutorial).

SDL_net.

SDL_freetype. Autotoolized SDL_freetype is temporary provided here.
